The AACCOEC is a non-for profit cultural organization made up of representatives from around the county of Essex from many different cultures. Our organization brings the best of all communities together to form one voice. Anyone is welcome to join, as we meet year round to bring the best of Africa, America, and the Caribbean together in Essex county.
